Request for more attention and support for small and medium Enterprises
As one of the Businesswomen Forum recommendations
The Forum recommends to activate the decision of establishing women units and divisions in the relevant government sectors
Young businesswomen Forum which was organized by the Eastern Chamber during the last two days,has concluded with a request for more care and support for the small and medium enterprises with the required facilities of the official procedures, and provide the necessary funding, and information access relevant to these institutions.
The forum stressed in his closing statement made by the Businesswomen Council Member, Munira Al-Zamil who emphasized the need to "activate segment No. (2) of the Council of Ministers decision No. (120), dated 12 / 4 / 1425 which states that" all government agencies that provide services related to businesswomen must establish women units and sections, as required by work needs in a period not more than one year from the decision date ".
The Forum recommended "increasing and diversifying the areas of women training in accordance with the requirements of the current market requirements, and developing the fresh educational graduates to match with the labor market."
The forum which was sponsored by Her Royal Highness Princess Jawahir Bint Nayef bin Abdulaziz emphasized the point "Business community right assurance in getting information".
Stressing out that the basic principle is to disseminate information and data, through a a clear system , and to locate a special division in each government sectors that would provide related information to the business community, not only in mechanisms for newspapers publishing but also include new media types, as the World Wide Web ".. requesting for " creating an electronic system to link government agencies including regulations and executive regulations and rules of procedure, the updated procedures, through the system of the business community. "
Participants has requested during the forum to "provide channels for follow-up with government departments whose work relates to economic affairs whether direct or indirect".. And to "Find Business Incubators to embrace small businesses for a period not exceeding two years, which offers services to support projects in different specialties of logistical services and training and development .." and to "facilitate the financing procedures for small enterprises by government funds and private funding, through direct supervision and consultancy to facilitate the paying process."
